Front Desk Manager

Pay: $25.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM to 4 PM)

Location: Sagewood

Who you are:

• Passionate about helping others, specifically seniors.
• Relationship oriented: friendly, helpful, and able to communicate clearly and effectively to residents, visitors, and employees.
• Ability to lead and motivate Concierge team and its operations.
• Must be okay flexing schedule within Concierge operating hours (8 AM to 8 PM). May include nights/weekends/holidays/on-call shift.
• Organized, attention to detail, and takes pride in work.
• Tech savvy: willing and able to troubleshoot basic IT issues for residents with phones, tablets, TV’s, Kindles, etc. on a limited basis.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

What the job looks like:

• Responsible for supervising and scheduling Concierge team.
• Hires, trains, develops, coaches, and counsels Concierge team with support from Director of Administrative Services.
• Responsible for providing schedule coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays in absence of Concierge team members. Serves as point of contact with scheduling needs for requested time off.
• Oversees Guest Suite bookings and ensures positive guest experiences through accurate reservations, billing, and timely check ins/check outs. Includes Guest Suite audit prior to guest check in.
• Provides friendly, hospitable, and warm welcome to Business Office visitors to include residents, guests, and employees.
• Handles resident walk ins and requests for calendar appointments with the Executive Director and Associate Executive Director through Outlook.
• Comfortable responding to basic resident requests involving technology with phones, tablets, Kindles, television, cable, Wi-Fi, apps, etc.
• Completes on-site deposits for the community and maintains accurate records for resident accounts.
