Desert Foothills Dental is a rapidly growing company located in Phoenix, AZ. We provide high quality, compassionate care to pets and their owners. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative duties and work diligently in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Skills and Qualifications: Required Knowledge of office management systems and procedures including but not limited to: filing systems, meeting scheduling, greeting visitors, answering phones, etc. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is a must for this position as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are expected to be met on a daily basis. Must have excellent follow up skills in order to handle any requests from patients or staff members that may come into the office via phone or email.
