Concierge
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM to 4 PM)
Location: Sagewood
Vaccination: Flu vaccine required

Who you are:

1. Passionate about helping others, specifically seniors.
2. Relationship oriented: friendly, helpful, and able to communicate clearly and effectively to residents, visitors, and employees.
3. Organized, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in work.
4. Demonstrates exceptional phone etiquette.
5. Must be proficient with computer, MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office equipment.
6. Exercises good judgment and decision making when working independently.

What the job looks like:

1. Receives all persons who enter Sagewood in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff, or vendors tactfully to ensure a positive Sagewood experience.
2. Answers and routes all incoming calls to the appropriate party or department.
3. Confirms following day resident transportation appointments by phone daily.
4. Accepts and records reservations, payments, and cancellations for the community's Guest Suites.
5. Assists Residents with reservations for activities, events, etc.
6. Organizes cooperation of Security and Valet staff to fulfill resident needs upon resident request.
