Responsibilities include:

• Provide order entry support for a range of product lines.
• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships through open communication.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, meeting sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and support internal sales teams.

What you need to succeed:

• 2-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support internal sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and complete orders efficiently.
