We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing team. The Customer Service Representative will process inbound sales orders and handle order inquires for various loyalty reward programs. This position requires excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure all customer inquiries receive timely and accurate responses 
• Acquire and apply a strong knowledge of program details and related products 
• Log the successful resolution of all customer inquiries 
• Ensure customer contractual obligations are met 
• Accurately follow departmental processes 
• Answer inbound calls 
• Enter customer and order data accurately and in a timely matter 
• Manage the order process 
• Process returns 
• Navigate various program applications for customer inquiries and support
• Coordinate product installation times 
• Perform general clerical duties 
• Support departmental initiatives 
• Maintain a strong focus on exceptional customer service 

Requirements

Required Skills:

• General sporting goods and golf knowledge preferred 
• Exceptional phone and communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task between assignments and prioritize work
• Accurate typing skills 
• Ability to manage call logs 
• Strong working computer knowledge with the ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of program-specific applications 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Attention to detail 
• Organized work habits 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time.
