Position: Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

Position Responsibilities:

• Enter Orders and generate purchase orders to send to vendors
• Follow up on Open Orders to ensure vendor confirmation and shipping information has been noted in SXe.
• Expedite orders as needed to meet customer's requested ship date.
• Track and report Account performance levels on On Time Deliveries.
• Work with Account Managers to develop and execute expediting plans that meet customer's needs. Assist with partner account process improvements and tracking.
• Extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations, ability to achieve target goals. Miscellaneous operations tasks for Work cooperatively with other OTC associates.
• Offer assistance when required.
• Invoice Monthly Billings
• Track Customer Credits
