Due to our continued growth, we are excited to announce a Customer Service Representative opportunity available at our Cincinnati location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist customers with parts orders.
· Occasionally assist with customer training, dealer conference.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Basic understanding of a manufacturing Bill of Material
· Great communication and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
· The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
· Assist Technical Service team as needed in clerical needs.
· Process warranty orders by entering them into Accuterm as needed to assist tech service.
