Job Summary:
Supports the day-to-day operations in the Accounts Payable function with primary responsibility of answering provider questions via phone calls and emails regarding coordinating, validating, and reconciling all payments and reviewing short or missing payments. Provides services in an effective and efficient manner ensuring that vendor questions and request are completed fully and accurate and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits.
What You'll Do:

• Being available on the phone through the duration of shift to answer provider calls.
• Answering provider and internal questions/request through email.
• Process invoices for payment to vendors to include:
• Resolving any discrepancies and credit balances.
• Entering daily early pay requests.
• Reviewing for payment authorization.
• Perform any other duties as assigned and participating in special projects and training.
• Communicates with vendors regarding past due/missing invoices.
• Working with the National Account teams to resolve vendor disputes.
• Files invoices and correspondence.
• Completes other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in accounts payable role
• Demonstrated experience always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, exercising excellent judgment, and maintaining a positive perspective in all situations.

• May require extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and help others.
• Willingness to adapt to changes, improvements, and efficiencies quickly.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable standard procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel - including but not limited to the ability to work with formulas (creating), macros, and multiple tabs in workbooks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding and experience using D&B service.
• Experience in NetSuite a plus.
