- Performs inspection and verification of materials, manufactured parts and configured flight hardware to ensure end item deliverable meets all requirements.
- Assures the quality of products
- Performs inspection and verification of materials, manufactured parts and assembled/configured flight equipment
- Obtain and maintain workmanship certification(s)
- Supports test readiness and work order reviews
- Document non-conforming products and maintain segregation of non-conforming items
- Supports work order processing and completion
- Evaluates technical documents such as drawings and specifications for quality requirements and in-process controls
- Abides by and enforces adherence to published safety procedures
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform work within specific timeframes and adhere to deadlines.
- Organizational skills are a must.
- Requires AA / AS degree and at least 2 years of applicable experience
- A combination of education, training, or certification that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
- Experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
- This position is contingent on successful completion of security badging requirements which include but are not limited to background checks, and drug screening.
