Top (3) MUST HAVE Qualifications:

1. Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards: The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standards, which are internationally recognized for quality management. This includes familiarity with the principles of quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Extensive experience in PCB assemblies with a strong understanding of solder criteria: The candidate must have hands-on experience in working with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies. This involves expertise in the assembly processes, component placement, and most importantly, a thorough understanding of soldering criteria. This includes the ability to ensure proper soldering techniques and compliance with industry standards.

3. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 standards for electronic assemblies: Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 standards is crucial. IPC-A-610 specifically addresses the acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies, defining the requirements for soldering and assembly workmanship. IPC-A-620, on the other hand, focuses on cable and wire harness assemblies. A candidate should be familiar with these industry standards to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic products.

Role Overview amp; Job Responsibilities

As a QA Inspector, the candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality aspects of the electronics manufacturing process. They will be responsible for executing thorough inspections and tests at various stages, meticulously examining components, assembly processes, and final products.

The candidate's duties include employing rigorous testing methodologies to assess the functionality and durability of the products. They will be tasked with ensuring strict compliance with established quality standards, promptly identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.

Throughout the production cycle, the QA Inspector will be at the forefront of maintaining quality control. Their role involves not only scrutinizing individual components but also validating the entire assembly process to guarantee that the finished products consistently meet and surpass the defined quality benchmarks.

By contributing to the identification and rectification of any quality issues, the candidate will be instrumental in upholding the reputation of delivering superior and reliable electronics to customers. In essence, the QA Inspector will play a vital part in ensuring that only products of the highest caliber are approved for shipment.
