TITLE: Operations Manager

DUTIES: Analyze and managecompany processes and procedures. Develop and implement process enhancement strategies. Drive cross functional collaboration (R&D, Quality, Operations, Warehouse and Sourcing Teams) to understand client needs and translate client requirements and sourcing strategies. Lead the development of Continuous Improvement Program and Road maps as part of the strategic planning for the facility. Establish key performance indicators and analyze reports on downtime, process improvement inputs, volumes and capacity for machinery and production lines. Perform capacity analysis and build rough cut capacity plan for key resources such as direct labor, machine time and quality testing lead time. Work with senior management to provide a detailed view on production capabilities and develop sound propositions for new projects. Analyze and implement key continuous improvement systems. Work closely with the engineering and processing teams to drive efficiency and yields in processing and packaging operations. Identify, own and champion where CI Systems are required to optimize manufacturing or transactional processes. Design and implement solutions ensuring each system is designed for scalability and sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or its foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management plus 2 years of experience in the job or as Production Planner or Operations Research Analyst.
