Rothe Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate opening in support of NASA in Cleveland, Ohio for a Change Analyst/Practice Analyst.
ITSM Practice Analyst - Change
Position Summary
This position is responsible for work in the Change practice area and may support or backup other areas. Candidate should be comfortable leading meetings with stakeholders across the organization. Under the direction of the Change Manager, responsible for facilitating the overall change management process in the Cybersecurity Service Management Office at NASA. Gathering requirements, managing multiple documents and auditing processes will be a priority on some days. Comfortable in an ITSM Tool and responding to and updating tickets within that tool. Supporting projects and documentation in the ITSM Change area.
Essential Functions
Manage Change board meetings or Triage Meetings
Document results of meetings, provide next steps to stakeholders
Provide suggestions for efficiency and automation within the Practice areas
Monitor queues and send reminders when items are reaching their service level agreement.
Create, gather and manage service delivery/management performance management/metrics.
Create forms/templates for documentation and use.
Meeting with stakeholders and transforming requirements into workflows
Support project scheduling and project tracking within the Change practice area
Supporting scheduling and coordination of the meetings within the Change practice area
Supporting communications and documentation within the Change practice area
Travel to customer sites. Approximately 5% or less.
Experience
Fundamental knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Firewalls, in a geographically distributed environment a plus
Experience working with senior decision makers
Experience working in a large corporate, highly matrixed environment
Experience eliciting requirements and leading customer-focused informational gathering sessions.
Technical Writing skills
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Proven analytical background
Project scheduling and meeting coordination experience a plus
Advanced Excel, Visio, and SQL or other Database skills
Experience in IT Service Management Tools such as ServiceNow
5 years related experience required

Experience working with Microsoft O365

Education
Bachelor's degree required
ITIL 4 certification preferred
PMP or business analyst certifications a plus
Candidate must have been US Citizen or Green Card holder for 3 or more years.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
