Rothe Enterprises, Inc. is Hiring a Graphic Designer - NASA Near Kennedy, FL

Rothe Enterprise is looking for a talented, reliable, deadline-driven Graphic Designer to join our team supporting NASA Kennedy Space Center. The successful candidate can communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers. Develop the overall layout and production design for signs, posters, booklets, flyers, logos, maps, figures, charts, graphs, illustrations, drawings, photo composites for reports and presentations, and computer-generated art.

Work simultaneously on various projects based on current client workload.
Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics.
Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, and other components necessary for a website design.
Consult with clients’ marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ corporate cultures and goals.

Examples of Graphic Designer skills

Bachelor’s degree in fine art design, Marketing or related discipline
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
Fabricate, finish, and set up exhibits for displaying graphics. May require the assembly of scaffolding or work platforms.
Composite design and layout may require specialized finishing for pull-ups, pop-ups, banner stands, and magnetic wall displays. Fabricate and/or install foam board, create raster image creation (dot matrix data structure), publications over 20 pages, and framing that requires custom mat cutting and wide format laminating.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript
4 years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing, military, or creative agency
Experience working with WordPress templates.
Adaptive design eye and skill
Excellent communication skills
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
Other work as needed.
