Human Resources Administrator
Rothe Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Human Resources Administrator. This position will support the Rothe Companies as we continue to grow. The successful candidate will support the HR department in daily operations, transactions, and communications. The Rothe Companies supports both Government contracts as well as commercial clients. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties and assist with emails for the HR department
  • Assist with maintenance of timecard system, including auditing of leave balances.
  • Assist with auditing review of payroll
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Assist with I9s when needed.
Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform work within specific timeframes and adhere to deadlines.
  • Organizational skills are a must.
  • Customer service skills are essential
  • Experience with Costpoint is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is required; Paycor is preferred.
Experience / Education
  • Requires AA degree or HR Certification
    • A combination of education, training, or certification that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
  • Experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
Work Conditions
  • This position is contingent on successful completion of background checks, and drug screening.
