Robert Half is Hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Near Pittsburgh, PA
Hybrid job opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist! The position would start in mid-September.
The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle AP duties including:
- Scanning and entering invoices into Great Plains
- Research and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders or packing slips
- Code each expense to the proper General Ledger accounts
- Maintain vendor files and accounts
- Review statements monthly and send to vendors
- Answer any incoming questions (via phone and email) regarding payment status, unpaid invoices, or discrepancies
- Assist with scheduling payments and weekly check runs
The company is very flexible with the work hours, but ideally someone can expect to work 40 hours per week, during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Training will be conducted onsite at their offices in Pittsburgh PA (South Side neighborhood). After training, you would be able to work a hybrid schedule which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
