Responsibilities
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Provides HR policy guidance, interpretation, and enforcement.
- Evaluation and monitoring of training programs through the Talent Management Process.
- Assure comprehensive recruiting, onboarding, and off boarding process.
- Responsible for Key Performance Indicators reporting.
- Implement and lead special HR topics.
- Leads HR team
- Successfully manage stakeholders in a matrix-management environment.
- Work with management team to formulate unique business strategies and develop the organizational capabilities that serve as a competitive advantage.
