A growing client is working with Robert Half to hire a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Provides HR policy guidance, interpretation, and enforcement.
  • Evaluation and monitoring of training programs through the Talent Management Process.
  • Assure comprehensive recruiting, onboarding, and off boarding process.
  • Responsible for Key Performance Indicators reporting.
  • Implement and lead special HR topics.
  • Leads HR team
  • Successfully manage stakeholders in a matrix-management environment.
  • Work with management team to formulate unique business strategies and develop the organizational capabilities that serve as a competitive advantage.
