McConway and Torley is looking for a Human Resources Manager to drive people and process transformation at our manufacturing plant. Initiative, ownership, data-driven decision-making, and leadership development will be key differentiators in both the selection process and the successful execution of the roles and responsibilities of this key position. This position is a key member of the Manufacturing Operational Human Resources Team and is responsible for the effective and successful administration, retention, and development of 200 non-exempt and exempt employees. This includes but is not limited to recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, reporting, and compliance.
