With over 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, offering data-driven insights, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating on workplace programs.• An HRBP with over 7 years of experience to support up to 600 EE's in both GTM Technology sector • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client groups, consulting with management, including executive levels, and providing targeted People guidance.• Data-Driven Decision Support: Gather and analyze data for trend analysis, contributing insights to solutions, programs, and learning opportunities, influencing leadership in decision-making.• Employee Relations Specialist: Conduct investigations and provide outcome recommendations, ensuring a fair and positive work environment.• Legal Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Proactively partner with in-house counsel to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.• Workplace Collaboration and Program Execution: Work closely with management and teams to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, engagement, and retention.
