10 Design, part of Egis’ Architecture Line, is a global architecture and master planning practice.
A dynamic team of 400 architects and designers are strategically located across three regional headquarters in London, Hong Kong, and San Francisco, and six additional studios in pivotal global markets – Singapore, Dubai, Miami, Edinburgh, Dallas, and Shenzhen.
10 Design boasts a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects across various sectors, including mixed-use, retail, office, residential, hospitality, transport, education, culture, and civic. Following a successful merger with SB Architects in July 2022, 10 Design will continue to expand its global influence under a singular banner but will operate as 10SB for an interim period of approximately 12 months in the Americas.
Key Objectives
We are on the lookout for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in San Francisco. This role is a cornerstone of our HR functions, working under the leadership of the Human Resources Director (UK based), you will be pivotal in shaping our workplace culture, leading and managing a variety of HR tasks and projects for the American studios. This role requires autonomy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be a proactive person who is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
