A financial services firm in Towson, MD is seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team! Responsibilities include:• Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office. • Answer calls, handle inquires, take messages, or connect callers with team members.• Process and distribute mail.• Process courier shipments.• Schedule client meetings.• Schedule prospective candidate meetings.• Maintain company phone list and holiday list.• Photocopy, print, and scan documents for colleagues.• Assist with new hire onboarding preparations.• Handle various administrative requests from colleagues. • Share other administrative duties including keeping kitchen organized.
