Under supervision,the Rental Subsidy Technician reviews client information for program eligibility, reviews leasing documents for HUD compliance, performs rent comparability studies, negotiates rents with landlords based upon HUD affordability rules and supports case management requirements for the various supportive housing programs.Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree, preferably in human services, social work or a related field
Proof of Degree Equivalency
