Responsibilities:Office Management:Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Maintain an organized and tidy office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.Data Entry and Record Keeping:Input and update data in the organization's database and maintain accurate records.Assist in maintaining employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.Correspondence and Communication:Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed.Coordinate communication between staff members and external stakeholders.Meeting and Event Support:Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics for events and meetings.Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.Document Preparation:Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite or other software.Proofread materials for accuracy and completeness.Travel Arrangements:Assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff members.Prepare detailed itineraries and travel expense reports.Administrative Assistance:Provide general administrative support to staff members, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.Assist in coordinating special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
