The Accounts Payable Clerk will be expected to match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.Major responsibilities- Carry out a full-cycle A/P- Carry out additional projects as required- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
