Job Overview: The Marketing & Events Coordinator is a member of a collaborative team that oversees a broad range of tasks that include but are not limited to Brand Management, Graphic Design, Social Media, Internal and External Communications, Event Tracking and Logistics, and Promotional Ordering. While the majority of our work focuses on national events and customers, we’re also a resource for all 28 branch locations' local marketing and events needs. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, energetic, highly organized, resourceful self-starter with an eagerness to jump in and help and learn new things wherever possible. As a trusted steward for the company, you’ll need creativity, attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a command of the English language to properly represent us to both our internal and external customers every day.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and creating daily social media posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram using tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
- Collection of content, planning, and creation of a weekly internal company newsletter using Constant Contact.
- Company intranet site updates for all departments and important information in connection with the weekly newsletter.
- Create, order, store, and ship company-branded materials for events (promotional items, apparel, displays, signage, flyers, etc.). Works closely with vendors on quality, pricing, and timely delivery of all materials.
- Communicate internally to ensure proper use of the company logo, email signatures, and other Brand Standards.
- Work with our Business Development Team to coordinate all National customer and association events. This may include, sponsorship approval and registration, invoice processing, event tracking, attendee hotel reservations, acquiring and shipping all event supplies, pre-event marketing blitz planning and/or email campaigns, and event social media posts.
- Assist Branch GMs with a theme and special order needs for their local events, including promo sourcing and custom display design.
- Researches new promotional items and apparel that align with our brand, industry, budget, standards, and event-specific needs.
- Create and maintain company collateral for customer events such as presentations, flyers, brochures, adverts, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, etc.
- Experience using Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media sites.
- Strong knowledge of the Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and accuracy.
- Experience in marketing and event planning/coordination is preferred
- Multifamily industry experience is a plus but is not required.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus but is not required.
