General Description:
Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator to join our Denver Branch. We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.

The Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s social media presence in efforts to recruit new talent and business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing the brand’s social media identity to assist with recruitment and sales efforts
• Managing a social media content calendar
• Creating written and visual content across several social media platforms through collaboration with office, field, and branch staff
• Increasing social media engagement across platforms
• Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged
• Administering the company’s social media marketing and advertising
• Developing and implementing a social media marketing plan
• Developing relationships with branch and department managers
• Visit customer sites and project sites to capture photos and content
• Proactively solicit feedback and content from managers to highlight in social media platforms
• Work with HR manager to develop recruiting strategies
• Work with sales managers to develop business development related marketing strategies

Education and Experience:

• Relevant degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Rate: $45k - $50k per year. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
