We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Events Assistant.
In this role, you'll help set the foundation of our marketing events team, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. You'll play a pivotal role in our team's success, focusing on managing merchandise, coordinating shipping logistics, spearheading internal communications, and fostering speaking engagements at top industry conferences. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from handling invoicing processes to managing event stockroom inventory and diligently tracking leads generated from our events.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative international team, with an eye for prioritizing tasks and staying organized amidst a busy schedule. You will also gain exposure to a variety of Marketing initiatives, serving as a critical support team member for the department - from content marketing to social media to executive support to partner marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a diverse range of marketing events, including but not limited to Trade Shows, Conferences, Seminars, Lunch & Learns, Networking events, Webinars, and Demo Roadshows.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and invoice reporting.
  • Coordinate shipping requests and ensure timely delivery of event materials.
  • Maintenance of Marketing stockrooms at local RTI offices.
  • Procure and distribute merchandise, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality promotional merchandise that reflects branding guidelines. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, coordinating production, and managing inventory to meet field team needs efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking in Salesforce, create campaigns, input leads, and monitor event registrations.
  • Promote Speaking Opportunities by actively monitoring calls for papers and guiding the submission process for potential speakers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of event-related activities, including budgets, contracts, attendee lists, and post-event reports.
  • Develop event forms and processes, as needed, to make event execution more streamlined and effective
  • Approach event reporting with a data-driven mindset including the tracking of costs, assets and resources, and assist with determining event ROI
  • Stay abreast of industry trends by monitoring publications, websites, and social media channels, identifying new opportunities for events and networking.
  • Help ensure adherence to corporate guidelines with regards to graphics, messaging, branding, and facilities look and feel
  • Serve as overall administrative support for Marketing
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail, effective coordination and meticulous planning person
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Client/customer-facing experience
  • Occasional travel to events for onsite support required
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with flexibility to work individually or within a team
  • BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related degree
Bonus Points:
  • Interest and experience in the B2B Technology industry
  • Customer service experience and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Monday.com or related project management software
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus including lead imports, lead tracking and reporting

The compensation range for this role is $25.95 - $36.33 an hour in Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
