What this role is about: As a Business Development & Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and sustained success of our key partners. Your primary focus will be cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring our customers and RapidSOS derive maximum value from our relationships. In this role, you will drive seamless cross-functional processes with our Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Public Safety teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the customer journey from pre-sales, onboarding, and day to day operations of the account(s). You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working on strategic challenges and consistently providing a delightful customer experience as a trusted advisor.

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $127,500 - $150,000. This role will also be eligible to receive equity options and bonus. #LI-Remote
