SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Event Operations Manager will assist in the set-up and execution of all events and private dining for Quince & Co, which includes our restaurants Quince and Cotogna as well as our event spaces.
This roll will report directly to the Events Director and will work extensively with the General Managers, Chefs and Ownership to ensure that all events are executed to the requisite company standards and that the restaurants’ private dining departments operate in accordance with their established budgetary and hospitality goals.
This role is also responsible for the continued development of sales programs and business development activities, and lead generation to drive revenue and profitability for the department. Candidate must have a proven managerial track record and the ability to communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with pre-event planning, event logistics and event execution. It is paramount that all candidates possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a highly organized and efficient manner with an obsessive attention to detail. Applicants should exhibit dynamic leadership qualities, a well-developed business acumen, excellent communication skills and a hospitable nature.
