Everyone Can Dance is Hiring an Events Producer / Stage Manager Near San Francisco, CA

Everyone Can Dance provides onsite managed services for a prominent company. The team supports our client's executive level meetings by providing content services and producing engaging events.
Currently we are looking for an experienced Events Producer for live corporate events view .
Required Skills:
5 years experience as a Producer, preferably for large or high profile events in a corporate or technology environment, with a thorough understanding of events starting at pre-production through to event wrap.
Excellent client services skills with the ability to adapt to program changes while keeping composure.
Strong experience with pre-production and understanding of all aspects of the AV needs required for a successful show including live and remote speaker presentations, slide decks, video playback, product demonstrations, digital and live Q&A, and event coordination.
Ability to set proper expectations for clients while maintaining a service-minded approach to all client needs and direction.
Knowledge and expert hands-on skill with creating Show Flow and Run Of shows.
Broad mindset with the ability to grasp all aspects of a live event and prioritize competing initiatives which all appear urgent.
Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and clear vision with the understanding of when to take accountability.
Great communication skills with both client and highly experienced professional AV crews with the ability to deliver messaging appropriate for either group and to instill confidence and drive productivity.
Basic understanding of technician and operator positions for a corporate event including Stage Manager, Director, Robocam Operator, Graphics Operators, Audio A1, Audio A2 and Engineer.
Experience successfully working in a team environment with enthusiasm for collaboration, respect, and achieving excellence.
Good communication, professional attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced show team environment.
