Position Overview

QinetiQ is looking for a Business Analyst to work in Washington, DC. to provide strategic programmatic solutions for a federal program. This position supports an agency focused on improving processes, oversight, and accountability. Its programs enhance capabilities, data accuracy, and fidelity of analytics, providing business partners with improved performance metrics, risk mitigation strategies, and internal controls to identify and address program gaps and provide continuous agency mission support.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and manage processes for streamlined program management
• Utilize technical solutions (including MS PowerApps, SharePoint) for data analysis, visualizations, and dashboard management
• Provide technical analysis of system utilization 
• Ensure compliance of policies and regulations 
• Provide monthly reporting, analysis, reports, narratives and justifications for operational programs and systems
• Assist with requirements definition
• Identify and develop automated operational processes 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (Degree in business or organizational management)
• Minimum of 3 plus years’ experience in federal government, preferably with DHS.
• Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Sharepoint, and Power-BI, a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic and critical thinker
• Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.
