We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer/Analyst to provide production and manufacturing planning support to an Army Missile production program. In this role, you will assist with technical program management to ensure that adequate planning and documentation is in place such that the missile program will continue to meet established performance and production requirements and identify trends in production and performance parameters in a timely manner. The individual will be asked to develop and oversee production line validation events, conduct data analysis, and report program results and conclusions formally and informally through technical reports, briefings, memos, and white papers. This person will be supporting special analysis teams, Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and Failure Review Boards (FRBs). You will be involved in manufacturing planning, development of Statements Of Work (SOWs), proposal technical evaluations, and Department of Defense Manufacturing Readiness level assessments.

Required

* BS or BA degree

* Minimum 20 years' experience in manufacturing, production planning and/or industrial operations

* Some travel

* 10 years of relevant DOD production experience

* Working knowledge of Army procurement requirements

* Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
