• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and make recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Director, with a track record of success in managing large teams and complex operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff at all levels.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, including supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to improve operations.
• Excellent budget management skills, with the ability to control costs and optimize resources.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with external partners.
