The Role
AnyRoad is a rapidly growing experiential marketing startup, backed by the world's leading investment firms (A16Z, Blackrock), that works with some of the largest brands in the world. We are launching a stealth division in the premium market and are looking for an Operations Director to drive operational excellence and account growth. You will be responsible for delivering our new strategic products, managing customer relationships and projects, and growing revenues. You will collaborate with our executive and creative teams to develop comprehensive operational plans and execute world-class client management, contributing to the company's expansion and success. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to make a significant impact within a thriving startup.
Please note this role is based out of our San Francisco office 2x/week on Tuesday and Thursday and requires travel once to twice a month to both domestic and abroad locations.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate and manage all projects for division
* Provide regular insights as to where bottlenecks will occur or where we can optimize revenue generation, cost savings, or customer retention
* Design agendas for regular client meetings, lead client meetings, and following through on all new action items
* Design and deliver regular internal and external reports across all key KPIs
* Research, design and deliver account growth through existing specialized team members
* Travel to help secure new deals, deliver value for existing accounts, and optimize end consumer experiences
What We're Looking For:
* 10 years of experience across business operations and project management
* Successful track record of managing multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong business operations understanding of how work moves end-to-end
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
* High level of follow-up and follow-through, excellent communication skills
* Strategic thinking and adaptability to anticipate changes that could affect projects
* Excellent prioritization skills with an ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and provide direction to team members
* Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision
* Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment with passion and enthusiasm
