Position Overview:
As the Janitorial Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our janitorial operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, exceptional quality control, and client satisfaction. You will lead a team of managers and supervisors, driving performance, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company objectives, drive growth, and enhance profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive performance improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) in a senior leadership role within the janitorial services industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of janitorial operations, including cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and customer service excellence.
