As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in partnering with assigned client groups to drive talent management initiatives and support organizational goals. You will lead the performance management process, compensation cycle, and talent review to ensure employees receive timely and actionable feedback. You will also manage employee lifecycle changes and develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with company strategies and employment laws.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
