- Work directly with Senior Leadership to lead and implement HR strategies firmwide
- Maintain contact with firm staff to increase engagement
- Implement talent retention strategies
- Create career development plans for staff and monitor progress
- Ensure proper and timely benefit enrollment
- Assist in onboarding process
- Prepare and implement human resources and benefits related documents
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least ten years of experience in human resources, with at least two years of local A/E/C experience required
- Demonstrated experience in handling challenging situations, including but not limited to interpersonal conflict
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment related laws and regulation in New York and New Jersey
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
