Upper East Side - Manhattan
Human Resources Leadership position with a well-established and respected healthcare organization located on the upper east side in Manhattan. Excellent professional opportunity to take the next step and grow your HR career. The selected candidate will bring an HR background within a healthcare setting, including some labor/union relations, HR administration, HRIS/reporting as well as HR planning and management.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working collaboratively across the organization, this position will ensure performance and results and serve as a business partner on HR Matters to the organization. Some labor/employee relations management and problem resolution experience is needed as part of this role will include solving grievances and ensuring good employee relations.
This position offers more than usual autonomy, is a highly visible role within the organization and will enjoy the opportunity to play a key HR role to the organization.
