We seek a growth-oriented Entry Level Sales Account Manager who thrives in a competitive environment and is searching for an opportunity for advancement. We seek an Entry Level Sales Account Manager to grow with us and make a long-term investment in their career trajectory.

Our Entry Level Sales Account Manager will be responsible for learning and teaching basic customer service and sales functions, all while learning the key areas of the business and executing all client expectations and initiatives. Responsibilities Of Our Entry Level Sales Account Manager:

  • Work directly with customers to educate them on our client's products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies
  • Teach other Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representatives basic sales fundamentals to develop their skills further
  • Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
  • Assist other Entry Level Account Managers and the Upper Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients
  • Execute territory research to fully understand customer needs and to instill confidence within Customer Service & Sales Representatives and troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to help foster team camaraderie and inclusivity between departments
  • Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our Customer Service & Sales Representatives and a stellar customer experience

Key Attributes Of Our Entry Level Sales Account Manager:

  • A degree in Management, Business Administration, Sales, HR, and/or Marketing is preferred
  • 1 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales is required
  • Must be able to commute to our office in Portland on a daily basis
  • Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
  • Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
  • The ability to adapt to different situations and environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Experience level:

  • 1 year
  • 2 years
  • 3 years
  • 4 years

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Ability to Relocate:
