Who you are:

The Associate Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way. The Associate Account Executive supports in driving the daily activities of a project by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblock.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

Tactical Management

• Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately.
• Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports)

Client Management

• Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available.
• Builds rapport and credibility with clients.

Financial Management

• Processes signatures, opens jobs and works with accounting to produce client invoices.

Product Knowledge

• Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing.

Strategy

• Observation and interest in strategy

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Other Required:

• May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.

Preferred:

• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience
• 1 Year Agency Experience
