As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled candidate to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to assist with and maintain customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the business development manager, keeping clients updated, entering customer data, and coordinating with various stakeholders to assist in getting deals closed. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in ensuring an efficient and positive experience for our dealership partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter new deal information into our platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Keep accounts up to date with information as we receive it in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients to gather additional information and resolve any discrepancies
  • Review and verify documents supplied by dealership partners to satisfy conditions of approval
  • Coordinate with loan officers, lending partners, retailers, and other team members to ensure timely results of deals getting closed
  • Adhere to established turn around and processing times for our customers, retail partners and lending partners
  • Monitor loan pipelines and provide regular updates to borrowers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of information sent from dealership partners
  • Complete workplace compliance training in a timely manner to adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn fast with changing procedures, software, technology, etc.
  • Professional communicative verbal and writing skills
  • Proficiency in using a CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires working in person at our office location from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
