Role Summary
We're looking for a dynamic person as contract Human Resources Generalist to serve our clients locally in Tennessee and nationally who need HR and People Operations services. Ideal candidates possess self-discipline, strong intellectual curiosity with the propensity to learn, and tendencies toward thinking through creative and data-driven solutions. We deal with people at their best and worst, so emotional intelligence is also a must!
The role can be described as 65% - 85% remote work, only having to visit local client offices a few times a week. The HR Contractor reports work directly to the COO and CEO and will collaborate with the internal team. Your work will be critical in assisting in developing the internal organization of Poprouser and serving the needs of clients demanding HR and People Operations services.
NOTE: This is a contract (and potentially contract-to-hire) role.
