HR Generalist

LHH has partnered with a dynamic Healthcare client in the South Nashville, TN area to help find a talented HR Generalist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Salary Range : $80,000-90,000

Responsibilities:

• Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (ADP).
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Promote positive employee relations and ensure issues are resolved and escalated as necessary.
• Manage, develop, generate monthly HR reporting including headcount reporting and the org chart report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 4 years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS system.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm
