Outworx Group is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

Human Resources Coordinator Position Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Frequent travel to regional office locations including, but not limited to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) & JFK International Airport
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Completes hiring paperwork including forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process.
  • Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up e-mails at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Generalist and or Director.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Prepares new-employee files.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Human Resources Coordinator Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • Experience with H2B workers or similar immigration program.
  • PHR credential preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Associates degree in human resources or related field and or relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
