OMH’s Central Office Operations Support Services (COOSS) is looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work well both independently and as part of a team. This position will assist with the day-to-day operations of COOSS, which is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering such office services functions as space planning, security, health and safety, procurement, mail room, and parking services for OMH Central Office. This role focuses on space modification projects for Central Office in Albany as well as satellite offices located across New York State. You may perform some of the following tasks:
Minimum Qualifications:
To be eligible for appointment, candidates must have one year of experience where most work time is spent performing activities related to mail receipt, mail distribution, storage, and stores keeping.
Possession of a valid New York State driver’s license is required for this position, which requires operation of a motor vehicle.
