NURSES Etc STAFFING is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time) Near San Antonio, TX
Essentials Functions:
- Open and Sort Mail – In office (One day per week)
- Scan mail and email to correct department/recipient
- Utilize bill.com to upload invoices (bills) and process payments
- Maintain AP spreadsheet
- File and maintain vendor files on SharePoint
- Maintain AP email and vendor correspondence (when applicable)
- Participle in morning huddles
- AP Weekly Meeting with Accounting Manager and Staff Accountant
- Additional accounting tasks, as needed
Education/Experience: Associate degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Teams) and Quickbooks is preferred.
