General Description:
The receptionist will greet, assist, and provide information to guests of the organization.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greets guests and directs visitors
* Answers and directs phone calls
* Handles mail and documents as necessary for distribution
* Assists with office supplies
* Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling, research and reports
* Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
* Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
* Performs other office duties, as assigned.
* Operate Office machines
Position Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems
* Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
