Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Conduct warm calling and networking activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or account management
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
