SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meets or exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share and other key financial performance objectives
• Develops and maintains customer relationships
• In charge of developing the business in new areas
• Develops and grows the business with new and existing customers
• His/her market expertise will be used to develop new products and to build regional strategy
• Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with the business strategy to include forecasting, and achieving the yearly annual operating plan

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 10 years’ experience in the following markets: (Personal Care and Beauty market, Coatings, Imaging, Adhesives, Plastic Masterbatch)
• Knowledge of low molecular weight polymers, additives and key market segments
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate in English mandatory
• Ability to work in intercultural environment
• 50% Travel (passport/visa may be required)

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred or technical degree in related markets noted above
