Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to provide overall leadership and management for Mustang's rental sales team. This includes time and territory management, prospecting, call report review, lost rental review, new account openings, collections, dispute resolution, and equipment demonstrations.Rental Sales Manager Responsibilities:Manage one of four Rental Sales TeamPass sales and rental leads to assigned sales reps through CRM, Dodge Reports, etc.Evaluate performance of assigned sales team Ensure we continuously deliver an exceptional customer experienceOrganize training opportunities for sales skills and product knowledgeWork with sales reps to handle escalated collection disputesFocus efforts to grow the business with new customers and local contractorsWork closely with Branch Managers Set individual goals and targets for sales repsAs the Rental Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the sales efforts of the Rental Outside Sales team in pursuit of increased rental and sales revenues, improved market share and profitability.Rental General Sales Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field5 years of industry sales/sales Management experienceWill consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education requirementsStrong customer-first focusProficient with Integrated Rental, Microsoft Office, and SalesforceProfessional communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated successful sales leadership experienceThink outside the box and handle high-pressure situationsAbility to motivate sales representatives to increase market shareNegotiation experience
