The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the sales efforts for Rental Outside Sales staff to result in increased rental and sales revenues, improved market share and profitability. This includes:

* Territory management: prospecting, call report review, new account openings

* Collections and dispute resolutions

* Equipment demonstrations

* Assign leads to sales reps

* Assess rep performance

* Organize training for sales team (skills and product based)

* Work with Branch Managers on territory engagement

* Set goals and targets for reps

* Assist reps w/arranging financing for customers

* Represent the company in a professional manor

Qualified candidates must possess the following:'

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field

* Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements

* Excellent computer skills

* Professional communication skills (verbal and written)

* Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

* Demonstrated successful sales leadership experience

* Be able to think outside the box and handle high-pressure situations
